【#digitalplatforms have transformed the way people produce and consume news information. The institutional threshold to open a media outlet is mostly ripped off but the media is struggling between the quality of news and a feasible content profit model. The audience is constantly overloaded with information/disinformation/misinformation. The value of “fact/truth” and the impact of internet towards “fact/truth”, could never be overstated as we are witnessing the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Fearless journalists died on the battleground for delivering the first-hand investigative reports and many civilians risked their lives to publicize the updates of ongoing war. How we can fight against the #disinformation and encourage a healthy content ecosystem in the digital world (now sync. with the real one)?

Honored to give the presentation in the program along with the former NCC chairwomen/ Senior professor Shu at National Cheng-Chi University and the incumbent Vice Academic President of Shih-Hsin University Professor Chen. 】
