I organized a session in APrIGF(Asia Pacific Internet Governance Forum) this year : Strengthening the Digital Resilience of Taiwan: with Special Reference to Undersea Cables. which will be held during 1440-1540 on 23 of August (Taiwan time, UTC+8).
